Responsibilities
Compiling and analyzing the financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts.
- Preparing range of recurring reports, gather, extract data from accounting and database systems, analyzing and presenting data to the Company’s management.
- Performing daily audit of source documents to substantiate financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements, notifying the accounting manager of material variances.
- Consolidate and validate data for monthly and yearly results to improve accuracy of information with detailed supporting analysis fully aligned to meet Company’s reportorial requirement.
- Verifying accuracy of bank deposits slips for amount of sales daily and report and reconcile noted discrepancies.
Requirements:
Certified Public Accountant
Strong exposure in Audit, General Accounting and Bookkeeping
Working knowledge with Quickbooks (certification is a plus)
Advanced knowledge and exposure in MS Excel – pivot tables, vlook ups, formulas
