Responsibilities
- Develops and directs marketing efforts to increase the value and performance of the company’s Brand.
- Assists in the conduct of product, service and practice research, monitors profit and loss performance, image and positioning compared to competitors.

- Oversees marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product strategy
- Aligns the company around the brand direction choices and tactics
- Monitors product distribution and consumer reactions
- Measures and reports performance of all marketing campaigns, and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Analyzes how the brand is positioned in the market and formulate game changing consumer insights
- Leads creative development and creates motivating stimulus to invoke and emotion among consumers to “take action”
- Assists in the development of new products which are aligned to his core product
Brainstorms on new and innovative growth strategies
- Takes brand ownership and provides the vision, mission, goals and strategies for the brand
- Translates brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Establishes performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Develops and recommends Marketing efforts and Brand Management policies that will drive higher organizational performance and customer engagement.
- Conducts consumer research, gathers market insights, analyzes market data, and prepares Brand Management reports and action plans; and
- Supports the Lead for Research and Product Development with Brand Guidelines.
