Responsibilities You will work as part of a highly motivated multidisciplinary team and report directly to the global manager of inventory performance. We are starting a period of transition when we will manage inventory to maximize revenue utilizing both past performance and future-looking models. You will be a key player in developing and carrying out inventory plans that are supported by data and produce quantifiable results.
For all product lines across the global network, the Inventory Performance Team is in charge of making choices regarding inventory. Since it is centralized, the team collaborates closely with numerous Group operations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Inventory level management
- KPIs for internal performance are examined
- Advising and carrying out inventory adjustments across all products and markets
- Monitoring inventory changes and reacting rapidly to unexpected effects
- Evaluating the effects of inventory adjustments and adapting strategies in light of findings
Business inventory support
- Giving advice to the company, including the franchisees, on all inventory-related issues
- Negotiating inventory strategy with upper managers
- Construction of custom inventory reports and tools
Global performance initiatives
- Designing, putting into action, and overseeing international inventory projects and trials
- Collaborating closely across many functions with senior management
- Reporting on the results, insights, and recommendations
Inventory strategy & process development
- Calibration of parameters for finding inventory opportunities using performance analysis
- Providing analysis and advice on inventory strategy to the larger team
- Identifying process problems and coming up with solutions
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional academic credentials, including at least a bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
- (Preference given to disciplines in mathematics, science, or business)
- 2 years or more in a commercial function with a strong analytical foundation
- Advanced user of the entire Office 365 suite from Microsoft
- Strong technical abilities, particularly in Excel (advanced formulas, VBA, SQL). R, Python, and other advanced programming experience are plusses.
- Strong written and verbal English communication abilities
- Capable of managing senior stakeholders, especially through negotiation and expectation management
- Demonstrated capacity to carry out projects from the beginning to the end
- Experience in logistics, revenue management, or supply chain optimization is preferred.
