Responsibilities
You will be part of a highly motivated multidisciplinary team and report directly to the global head of inventory and pricing operations. We are starting a period of transition when we will manage inventory to maximize revenue utilizing both past performance and future-looking models. You will be a key player in developing and carrying out inventory plans that are supported by data and produce quantifiable results.
For all product lines across the global network, the Inventory Performance Team is in charge of making choices regarding inventory. Since it is centralized, the team collaborates closely with numerous Group operations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Inventory level management
- Directing a group of Inventor analysts to see that opportunities are carried out
- Follow established guidelines when making judgments about ambiguous situations.
- Evaluating the effects of inventory adjustments and adapting strategies in light of findings
Business inventory support
- Giving advice to the company, including the franchisees, on all inventory-related issues
- Co-ordinates the implementation of decisions with the sponsor and central counterparts
- Help with the creation and use of custom inventory reports and tools.
Global performance initiatives
- Designing, putting into action and overseeing international inventory projects and trials
- Managing new projects and procedures from conception to completion
- Collaborating closely across many functions with senior management
- Reporting on the results, insights, and recommendations
Inventory strategy & process development
- Calibration of parameters for finding inventory opportunities using performance analysis
- Providing analysis and advice on inventory strategy to the larger team
- Identifying issues with the process and implementing solutions
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Impressive academic credentials – at least a bachelor’s degree from an established university
- (mathematical, scientific or business disciplines preferred)
- A minimum of 5 years work experience in a commercial role with an analytical base
- Advanced user of the full Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Strong technical skills; especially Excel advanced formulas; Experience with VBA or SQL is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Comfortable with senior stakeholder management, including negotiation and expectation management
- Proven ability to undertake projects from initial inception through to final completion
- Experience in supply chain optimization, logistics, and/or revenue management is preferred.
