Responsibilities
The purpose of the role is to drive and implement Site governance. The role will focus on implementing internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes and programs to ensure compliance and prevent infringement and/or penalties against corporate, contractual, statutory and regulatory requirements. The role is also responsible for leading HSE programs and support internal and external audits. Working closely with teams across the organization, the job also requires the development of strategic communication plans and messaging to promote business strategies and objectives.
Site Administration and Communication
- Responsible for developing and executing internal communication plans
- Support employee communications and activities, including executive communications, town hall meetings and issuance of newsletters
- Provide real-time crisis communication support, engaging media as well as developing key messages for internal and external stakeholders
Data Privacy
Monitor the Site’s compliance with the DPA, its IRR, issuances by the NPC and other applicable laws and policies.
Lead data breach and security incident management including submission to the NPC of reports and other documentation concerning security incidents or data breaches within the prescribed period
Inform and cultivate awareness on privacy and data protection within the organization, including all relevant laws, rules and regulations and issuances of the NPC
Aadvocate the development, review and/or revision of policies, guidelines, projects and/or programs of the Site relating to privacy and data protection, by adopting a privacy by design approach
Serve as the contact person of the Site vis-à-vis Data Subjects, the NPC and other authorities in all matters concerning data privacy or security issues or concerns and the PIC or PIP
Health, Safety and Environment / Corporate Social Responsibility
Provide ISSC MNL the technical guidance, oversight and support necessary to ensure a healthy, safe and environmental friendly Site.
Ensure compliance with applicable HSE laws, regulations, policies and programs
Facilitate worksite inspections, HSE training and emergency response drills
Provide HSE induction to new employees, colleagues and visitors
Roll-out HSE awareness campaigns to employees, visitors and subcontractors and promote health and safety programs.
Governance
Create, implement and maintain written policies together with key stakeholders to ensure compliance to contractual, statutory and regulatory requirements
Advise Management of any potential risks that may affect the reputation, safety, security, business continuity and data privacy of the organization
Identify and support the management of risks associated to the organization, employees, and interested parties
Facilitate effective conduct of internal and external audits. Initiates Site preparation and communication to all stakeholders
Ensure all Business Service Agreements, Service Level Agreements and 3rd Party contracts are in place, documented and reviewed periodically
Business Continuity Planning
Lead the identification, mitigation and response of ISSC MNL to organizational and business continuity risks
Design, implement and maintain strategies that minimize the likelihood of a disruptive incident happening to the Site
Enable the organization to efficiently respond to incidents and minimize the duration and severity of impact of a disruptive incident
Special Projects
Under administrative direction, is responsible for managing and coordinating complex administrative projects or activities that require high degree of specialized knowledge. Conducts research, provides data, makes recommendations, and implements solutions to achieve project goals and objectives.

HSE background
Understanding of ISSC concept and related processes
Experience in international environment / work experience abroad
International mobility and willingness to travel
Tertiary education
5 Years of relevant professional experience
English – Excellent language skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency with Windows and MS Office, advanced knowledge with PowerPoint
