Responsibilities
- Document Control Management of the company Information and Improvement System (HIIS).
- Contribute to the company and Fleet HSEQ department’s goals and visions.
Perform quality review of all reports (incidents, near-misses, Non-conformities, etc.) from the vessels
- Quality review shall ensure that all report fields are correctly filled in and that the content of the report is informative and with appropriate level of information for efficient handling.
- Be an expert in use of software and company processes.
- Provide daily support and assistance to users of the system and provide system training
- Deliver training in BASS software and process to officers prior to on-signing
- Carry out HSE introduction to all crew and officers prior to on-signing
Requirements:
- Work experience in vessel /maritime is required
- Education and work experience to be equivalent to Junior Deck Officer, or higher, on board LNG, FSRU, oil or chemical tankers
Preferable with experience from safety management systems in a ship management company.
Skills:
Good understanding of the shipboard processes, Safety Management Systems and HSE improvement processes
