Job Description
The Program Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of the Primary Healthcare Program. S/he will coordinate and work closely with the Program Core Team to plan and ensure that deliverables are met based on the Program’s goals and objectives.
Monitor the implementation of the Program through day-to-day coordination, analysis and review of data, and problem solving
Manage and supervise the Care Coordinators in their recruitment, hiring, training, and daily tasks and responsibilities
Coordinate with intra- and interdepartmental teams and vendors on requirements in relation to the Program
Engage with clients in coordination with the Sales Department
Proactively identify and analyze issues and concerns and advise the team on solutions and preventive measures
Duties & Responsibilities:
Participates during company business planning sessions , training seminars, and other company related activities as delegated by the Immediate Superior
Reviews, and recommends strategies, action plans and wellness programs for members
Researches, analyzes and conceptualizes the formulation and implementation of managed care and evidenced-based medical strategies for the company
Provides support the Immediate Superior in the review and update of processes and policies of the unit requirements

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT: College Graduate of any 4 year course OR any Medical Allied Courses
Experience and Training:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT: College Graduate of any 4 year course OR any Medical Allied Courses
- PERIOD OF TIME OR LENGTH of related experience the CANDIDATE must acquire before being assigned to and perform the functions of this job, SATISFACTORILY under NORMAL supervision
- No Less than 2 years of work assistant manager to manager post work experience, program lead/management experience is a plus. Knowledge on project management.
